You’ve seen the name change, the new colors, and the philosophy start to take shape. You’ve watched me get clearer and clearer about what this business actually is and who it’s for.
Well, today I have one more piece to add, because I had a real light-bulb moment this week!💡
I noticed people resonate with my ways of thinking about business, but aren’t always sure whether they have a tech problem, need processes, or if something else is missing or out of alignment. The lines between marketing, sales, admin, and client work are fuzzy because they’ve never really thought about where their time and energy go. When I have a conversation with someone, all of that shows up so clearly for me in different lanes, and I wasn’t admitting to myself that there’s value there.
The truth is, I’ve always avoided calling myself a “coach.” I feel the term is overused. Many people have had bad experiences because the coaching industry is unregulated. And as a recovering people-pleaser, I reeeeally didn’t want to step on the toes of some great coaches who have helped me get where I am today.
But it’s time to recognize that some people just need a systems thinker who understands designing for human needs, and I’m qualified to help, without even touching a website, CRM (customer relationship management platform), or automation tool.
So here it is…. I’m making my debut as a business coach!
I’m now offering Intentional Business Design Sessions – a one-hour coaching conversation over Zoom for the business owner who’s ready to stop running a business that doesn’t fit their life anymore. We look at what services you’re offering, what you’re charging, and what you want your life to actually feel like, and we make sure those things are aligned. Then, we look at whether you have the right tools and technology in place to support it without running you ragged or making you chase your tail.
