The Solutions Session is a focused working session on Zoom for small business owners who have something specific that needs to get handled. Maybe your CRM isn’t routing leads the right way. Maybe your payment page has been broken for two weeks and you just haven’t had time to deal with it. Maybe you’ve got an automation that made sense when you set it up but now nothing is working the way it should.
You tell me what you’re dealing with before we meet. I come to the call with a plan already in place so we skip the warm-up and get straight to work. We screen share, we work through it together, and I record the call so you have it to reference later. By the time we hang up you’ve got something done — or a clear, specific plan for what happens next.
This isn’t a “let’s talk through your options” call. It’s a working session.

Here’s what actually happens on these calls. You show up, we screen share, and I get to work. I explain what I’m doing as I go — not because I expect you to memorize it, but because I think you deserve to understand what’s happening inside your own business. I record every session so you have it to reference later. And if something shifts mid-call and I need to pivot, I do — because the goal is always to deliver the most value I can in the hour we have together.
Sometimes that means fixing the exact thing you came with. Sometimes it means realizing the real issue is somewhere else entirely and adjusting on the fly. Sometimes we get the thing done and use the last ten minutes to map out a custom project that makes sense as a next step. It just depends on what you need.
What it never means is leaving you confused about what just happened or what comes next.
