Meet Erica Rice
Running a small business shouldn’t feel like you’re holding everything together with sheer willpower.
Most of the people I work with care deeply about what they do. They are creative, thoughtful, and invested in their clients. But the behind-the-scenes side of business often feels heavier than it should. Systems feel confusing. Tools feel fragmented. And everything takes more energy than it needs to.
When the backend does not support you, decision-making feels constant. Growth starts to feel exhausting instead of exciting. And even simple tasks can take up more mental space than they should.
That is where I come in.
Why this work comes naturally to me
I have always been someone who finds clarity in complexity.
I notice patterns quickly. I see where things get tangled. And I am good at turning messy, overwhelming processes into systems that make sense for real humans.
I am also a good listener. I care about how you work, not just what tools you use. The systems I help build are meant to support your creativity and capacity, not force you into rigid structures that do not fit your energy or personality.
My goal is never to make your business more complicated. It is to help it feel calmer, steadier, and easier to manage.
A bridge between creativity and structure
Many of my clients live in one of two places. Big-picture vision or day-to-day execution.
I am comfortable in both.
I can zoom out to understand what is really happening in your business. I can also zoom in to implement the systems that will actually support it. I enjoy the practical side of things like CRMs, workflows, automations, and documentation. Not because I love tools for their own sake, but because I have seen how much mental space they can free up when they are designed thoughtfully.
Good systems do not just save time. They reduce friction. They create breathing room. They make it easier for your business to support your life.
How I support clients
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or perfect systems that only work on paper.
Instead, I work closely with clients to identify what is actually creating friction, clarify what kind of support would make the biggest difference, and design systems that feel intuitive and sustainable. We implement those systems in a way that does not add more overwhelm.
The work is collaborative, practical, and paced to meet you where you are.
My aim is to help you step out of constant decision-making and into a business that quietly supports you in the background.
If you are curious about working together
I start with a Heartwired Strategy Call. This is a focused, one-on-one conversation where we look at what is going on in your business and what kind of support would be most helpful.
Some people continue into deeper one-on-one work with me inside Heartwired Systems. Others leave with clarity they can act on right away. Either way, the intention is the same. More ease. More alignment. Less mental load.
If you are ready for your business to feel more supportive and less like something you are constantly managing, this is a gentle place to begin.
